Olivier Aron

founder & CEO

A graduate of Sciences Po and INSEAD, Olivier headed L’Oréal’s Singapore subsidiary and was
Marketing and Purchasing Director at Sephora before founding ROSAE. A professor at Sciences Po
Paris and the École Supérieure du Parfum, he shares his passion for entrepreneurship and
perfume, while inspiring new generations.
Accompanied by his team, he develops clear solutions to meet customers’ needs.

Camille Pigeau

Head of Research

A graduate of the Master in Creation and Management of the Perfume Industry at the École
Supérieure du Parfum, Camille joined ROSAE in July 2018 as Marketing Research Manager. Building on her rigor and consistency, she took over responsibility for ROSAE’s research in January 2022.
Her in-depth knowledge of perfumery, as well as her market analysis skills, enable her to guarantee reliable results and take part in resolving any faults highlighted during testing.

Elisa Montagnini

Marketing Researcher

A graduate of the Master in Creation and Management of the Perfume Industry at the École
Supérieure du Parfum, Elisa joined ROSAE in January 2022 as Marketing Research Manager.
An expert in local and international field management and perfumery, she stands out for her
perseverance and team spirit. Thanks to her sharp eye for the market and her skills in the perfume
industry, she helps find solutions to the issues raised by consumers.
